Information Collected Automatically

  • Website analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics (Umami) that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. We collect aggregate page view data, referral sources, and browser/device type.
  • Iris chatbot interactions: If you interact with our website chatbot, we collect conversation content, page context, and engagement metrics to improve the experience. This data is not linked to your identity unless you provide identifying information during the conversation.

How We Protect Your Data

  • Isolated infrastructure: At Manager tier and above, your agent runs in dedicated, zero-shared-tenancy infrastructure. Your data never touches another client's workload.
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
  • No model training: Your business data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models — not ours, not anyone else's.
  • Access control: Credentials are isolated per client using dedicated secret stores. Access follows the principle of least privilege.
  • Audit logs: Every action your agent takes is logged and available for your review.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Demo request data is retained for up to 12 months. Client data is retained for the duration of your service agreement and deleted upon termination, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in connection with our website and platform:

  • Anthropic (Claude): Powers the AI capabilities of our agents. Subject to Anthropic's usage policies, which prohibit training on client data.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: CAPTCHA verification on our chatbot to prevent abuse. Does not collect personal data.
  • Resend: Email delivery for demo request notifications.
  • Umami Analytics: Privacy-focused, cookieless website analytics. No personal data is collected or transferred.

Your Rights
